Now that I have the time (school's out for the summer) I'd like to start doing some sports again. I've been thinking about volleyball once a week with some people I know, and then I've been thinking about taking up the weight lifting again. I've set an "ambitious" goal of gaining 5 kilos at the end of the summer (only to cheat on my eating during the fall for a couple of weeks and lose them again!).
NO, that's NOT going to happen. this time I'm going to plan it well. I've set up a training schedule that's not that heavy in the beginning, just to get the routine in, and then after about four weeks I'll start making it gradually heavier.
